The hotel was well-equipped with large rooms. All members of the staff was very very helpful and competent. The room was very large, very comfy bed. The location for Cologne was particularly good and excellent, so close to the center city, several restaurants, and a tram line. Found a place called Antonino, set really close to the venue, ate there a few times. The overall experience was nice, truly enjoyed our stay very much and would book here again...

The Breakfast was really good. The room was decent the staff at the reception spoke English and were quite professional. I would not say that it was good value for money, I was on a conference and the University paid for my stay so it was fine. If it was not that way I would have opted out from this. The hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are quite small for what they charge and has a tiny little bath cum toilet. Briefly it served my purpose of stay but if it is a personal visit then I will opt for hotels closer to the Cathedral.
Not worth the money unless you are specific about being in and around the university.

Everything in the room was relatively new and the internet connection stable enough to work remotely

The hotel was unique. Greatly enjoyed my room; it was reasonably large and had a big sofa and computer. - Everything met expectations, I will come back.

One of the receptionist was extremely helpful, other were alright. The breakfast was good.
I had a non-smoking room but the room smelled of cigarettes, the walls are very thin and you can hear the traffic and other people in their rooms, the plug from the sink was missing and the hole was disturbing as you could easily lose a toothbrush or small items in it (there was no strainer), I told about it to the staff but they said that they had ordered a new one but didn't offer me any temporary solution for it, the cleaner wasn't very thorough, they say that they say that they have wlan in the rooms but on the third floor it didn't work the whole time I was there (5 nights).

Well priced, friendly staff.
No elevator. Parking "at" hotel not available. Street parking is hard to come by. University Medical Center parking lot is very close by though.

We were actually surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in Cologne. Despite being far from the city center, the tram stop near the hotel made it convenient to get around. The room, although small, was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable mattress and pillows, and found plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Breakfast was the only decent thing in this hotel.
Reception closes at 10 pm so if you checkin afterwards your keys are left outside inside some street flowers. There is no elevator, no lights in the entrance. It is not a hotel, there are only some rooms in the building. The lady was not polite, even not saying goodmorning or bye! The only good thing was the decent breakfast.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some fantastic tips for exploring local sights. They really knew their stuff! Plus, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was only a hop, skip, and a jump away from the nearest U-Bahn station, making it super easy to get around and explore Cologne.
Parking was a bit of an issue. We had to use the underground parking, which was a bit of a walk from the hotel and had a strange smell.
